The Institute of Urban Design and Operations pursues an integrated "Design-Management-Operations" approach to advance the discipline of urban design. We are building a comprehensive knowledge framework that spans the entire urban lifecycle, incorporating economic planning, social governance, and digital technologies.Our primary mission centers on establishing a resource coordination platform connecting government agencies, businesses, communities, and other operational stakeholders. Through exemplary project demonstrations, development of end-to-end toolkits, and cross-disciplinary think tank collaborations, we enable urban initiatives to achieve operational value fulfillment—from conceptualization and design through to implementation. This drives efficient transformation of urban spatial value.
