Smart City and Building

The Institute of Smart City and Building specializes in the integrated development of smart building operation management platforms leveraging BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, with a primary focus on five key application systems: building IoT systems, data middleware platforms, web applications, digital twin 3D visualization systems, and mobile terminals. Harnessing advanced information technologies, the Institute develops four core applications: security monitoring, energy efficiency and low-carbon solutions, streamlined management, and enhanced comfort and convenience. These lay a solid foundation for  the intelligent upgrading of human settlements and offer cutting-edge technological exploration for planning the complex, coordinated design of current urban and architectural elements, ensuring efficient linkage and real-time collaboration across diverse application scenarios.
